If you need a little breathing room, we can arrange equal weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments over a period of 3 to 6 months. We’ll work with you to agree on a repayment amount that covers your arrears and estimated usage – one you can manage. We’ll also provide practical support to help reduce your energy usage, including home audits and appliance assistance where needed.
Long-Term Payment Plan For customers experiencing ongoing financial difficulty
If your situation requires more time, we offer the same flexible payment structure over a period of 6 to 12 months. The same commitment applies — a fair repayment amount, real support, and a team that’s genuinely on your side every step of the way.
