With years of experience in the energy sector, we get a kick out of being able to provide our customers the opportunity and ability to save money on the most used commodity in the world, Electricity.

Your monthly/quarterly bills will be sent via email to the email address you provided.

You can also log into your account to download a copy of your bill or view your bill history.

You can also opt to receive paper bill by contact us on 132 394, however a fee may occur with paper bills.

We offer Ezi ways to pay your bills.

Pay Online Now–You can pay your bill quickly and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard® and Visa and American Express® credit cards and debit cards. Please note that a credit card merchant service fee may apply.

BPay–Contact your bank, building society or credit union to make payments from your account. Your biller code and BPay details can be found on your latest bill.

Phone–You can pay your bill quickly and securely with your credit card over the phone. To speak to one our team call 132 394 to organise a payment over the phone

Cheque–Post your cheque or money order with your payment slip (payable to Ezi Power) to the address shown on your bill. PO BOX 4778, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113

Solar feed in tariff rate applies when your excess usage from Solar is going back to the grid. Ezi Power pays 7 cents per kWh for any excess usage. Call us on 1300 888 394 to see more solar options available in your areas.

With single rate tariff plan there is no peak or off-peak rate, you pay the same rate whenever you use the energy. Find out more about the plan and pricing, head to choose your plan or call us on 1300 888 934.

time of use ( TOU ) tariff means that electricity costs different prices at different times of the day.

Peak—electricity costs the most. Peak rates usually apply in the evening on Monday to Friday.

Off-peak—electricity is cheapest, off peak rate usage times varies from state to state

Shoulder rate—electricity costs a bit less than peak. Shoulder rates usually apply in between peak and off-peak periods.

A smart meter is a device that digitally measures your energy use. A smart meter measures when and how much electricity is used at your premises.
